I found myself nodding my head "yep" as I read this. I try to do these and catch myself when I notice I am not doing this. Of course I am 47 and grew up with the Internet's coming of age so it may be easier. And I have been working remote for almost 6 yrs, preaching that it can be done effectively. Unfortunately it took a worldwide horrible event to do it. As we recover from that, I look forward to people getting better at what you just wrote about.
