Agree with these. Been working from home and for myself/my own company since Memorial Day 2016. I work a lot, but it is also concentrated. And I get to weave work and life together.
I find it funny when people talk "balance of work/life" as if it has to be 50/50. To me, it does not at all. That is more an employee mentality so others do not own your time. I believe it balances as to what is important, decided by you. Sometimes, it is work. Sometimes, it is taking a break and reading. It could be taking several days to care for a loved one w/o having to "ask permission". Sometimes it is taking a 4 hr break mid-day because you need it. Or taking a nap. Balance is what you need it to be at that time for the length you need. And for me, several times it has been "take the doors off your Jeep, go for a drive at or just under the speed limit, and blast your music". And I get refreshed. It used to be "go for a ride on your Ducati", but that time is gone. So I take my Jeep.
To me the "don't be wealthy if you are not healthy" is more of a guiding phrase as well. Don't sit at your desk, risking diabetes and a blood clot just to be your own boss and be financially comfortable. Don't be a hermit and not leave your house or yard for 5 days at a time. I use Sat/Sunday to watch EPL soccer/football and read as well. Limit work unless there is something pressing.
